Her lifestyle may have changed, going from mega movie star to super mom of two kids, and so did her skin care routine (nothing but natural now!) but her beauty still remains.
Here is one of Jessica Alba’s Favorite DIY Face Scrubs:
- 3-5 Teaspoons of Yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon of Ground Coffee
- 2 Teaspoons of Coconut Oil
What You Do:
It’s really simple. All you have to do is mix everything together, then, of course starting with clean dry skin, go ahead and massage it on in circular motions. Leave it on for a good 10 minutes or so, then rinse off, preferably with cold water as it will help to tighten your pores. After that, pat dry to finish.

The lactic acid found in yogurt actually helps to exfoliate the skin while smoothening it at the same time. It is especially great for people with sensitive skin. Because of it’s natural anti fugal and anti bacterial properties, it is also get to fight of pimples and blemishes too.
Caffeine has pretty potent anti inflammatory properties. Therefore, coffee grounds are good for reducing inflammation as well as redness in your skin. It is for this same reason that it is believed to help get rid of those dark circles under your eye bags.
Aside from just being oil, it has high fat content making this one of the best natural moisturizers around, not to mention that it’s small molecular structure makes is really easy for the skin to absorb. Plus, coconut oil is very soothing too making it great to help relieve sunburn and damaged skin.

“I like doing dance classes. That’s fun. Like hip hop class, mixed with like core pilates-type exercises.”
“And when I’m in New York, I like to do some [indoor cycling] classes, group classes, Flywheel is a place I like to go. And sometimes I do sprint intervals just because I hate working out. Anything where I have to do something but I can get my mind off of doing it, that’s so much better for me than anything that’s repetitive. Or the music has to be loud and I have to be moving.”
