Detox drinks are great. They are a refreshing way to help cleanse the body from unwanted toxins plus, depending on the ingredients, are jam packed with nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. They are great for keeping fit and healthy.

But, detox drinks are even better when they are simple to make, especially for those who are constantly on the run and don’t have much time to bother looking for lots of ingredients and following long instructions.

What You Need:

  • ½ Apple
  • ½ Cup Kale
  • 1 Cup Coconut Water

What To Do:

First of all, you want to wash your apple and kale. Just a quick rinse with cold water. Slice the apply in half then cut that half into a couple chunks as well. As for the kale, you want to use the leaves, so chop off the stems, if any. When you’re done with that, simply dump everything into your blender, coconut water included, and whiz away.

Keep on whizzing until you have nice, relatively rich, smooth consistency. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
